ACHIEVEMENTS 2009 ~ August 31st Organized the first independent short film script competition of its kind in Romania called “Scriptfest 0.1” with the aim to create a self-sufficient short film industry in the city of Timisoara. 2008 ~ October Gaffer for “Language is Music”, which was one of the 5 clips selected for viral marketing and release all across Europe within the E3’Film project set up by the European Union. 2007 ~ Received 2nd prize on UTV’s “I Love U” competition for the music video made for Four Tet’s “Twenty Three” and 3rd prize for the ambiental piece written under doz called “Dark Water” which was later released on the [membrana medium] netlabel as the first track on the debut album "You Can Never See Me, But I Can See You Always". 2006 ~ Received the Special Prize for photography on UTV’s “I Love U” competition for the experimental series entitled “Backdrifts”. 2005 ~ June Received 3rd prize in the Carmen Sylva “Earth Day” exhibition for “Gunoi”, a poetic short documentary about the impregnating effect of cities on nature. |
